Liability Waiver

1. Inherent Risks

Equine and animal-related activities involve inherent risks including unpredictable animal behavior, falls, kicks, bites, collisions, and environmental conditions.

2. Florida Equine Activity Liability Act

Under Florida Statutes §§773.01–773.06, equine activity sponsors are generally not liable for injuries resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.

3. Platform Role

My Equine Adopt LLC operates solely as an online platform connecting independent users.

4. No Inspection or Certification

My Equine Adopt LLC does not inspect, certify, verify, or guarantee the condition, legality, safety, suitability, or quality of anything offered or provided by users of the platform.

5. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for evaluating safety, verifying qualifications, confirming insurance coverage, and determining whether another user or service meets their needs.

6. Assumption of Risk

Users voluntarily assume all risks associated with equine and animal-related activities and with their interactions with other users.

7. No Emergency Responsibility

My Equine Adopt LLC is not responsible for providing emergency medical care, veterinary care, rescue services, transportation, or insurance.

8. Release of Liability

Users release My Equine Adopt LLC, its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and partners from any liability arising from use of the platform, including injury, death, property damage, animal injury, theft, financial loss, or disputes between users.

9. Acknowledgment

By using the platform, users acknowledge that they understand the risks, voluntarily assume those risks, and agree to the terms of this Liability Waiver.
