1. Platform Purpose
My Equine Adopt LLC operates solely as an online platform that connects independent users. My Equine Adopt LLC does not provide, supervise, manage, or control any services, content, or activities offered or arranged by users. The platform only facilitates introductions between independent users.
2. Independent Users
All users are independent individuals or businesses. Nothing contained on this platform creates an employer-employee relationship, agency relationship, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship between My Equine Adopt LLC and any user.
3. Age Requirement
Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the platform.
4. No Screening or Verification
My Equine Adopt LLC does not verify user identity, qualifications, licensing, insurance, references, criminal background, experience, reliability, or safety.
5. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any agreement or interaction with another user.
6. No Responsibility for Transactions
My Equine Adopt LLC is not a party to any agreement between users. All agreements, payments, and services occur directly between users.
7. No Guarantee
My Equine Adopt LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, availability, pricing, or quality of any content, service, or user on the platform.
8. User-Generated Content
Users are solely responsible for all information, images, descriptions, pricing, and other content they publish.
9. Assumption of Risk
All interactions with other users occur entirely at the user's own risk.
10. Release of Liability
Users release My Equine Adopt LLC, its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and partners from any claims arising out of the use of the platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
